Tiffany grew up here in Leander ISD, graduating from Cedar Park High School. She played for the Cedar Park Basketball Team all four years. From there, she attended Austin College located in Sherman, Texas. Tiffany played for the Austin College women’s basketball team while earning her B.A. in English with a double-minor in education and exercise sports science. This is Tiffany’s seventh year teaching English 3 and coaching basketball at Vandegrift, and her third year in the head coach role. In just two seasons as head coach, the Varsity team made a 2024 Area Championship appearance, and a 2025 Regional-Semi appearance. In 2024, the Vipers placed 3rd in district, then went on to place 2nd in 2025. The 2024-2025 team is the winningest team in school history with a record of 29-9. Coach Litton was awarded the Austin Metro Girls Basketball Coach of the Year in 2024. She is excited to continue with dedicated athletes and staff.

Caroline grew up in Houston where she played basketball her whole childhood and throughout high school. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she got her BSA in Biology and her secondary teaching certificate. She has been involved in the Vandegrift community since college as she was a Young Life leader, which ultimately led her to work at Vandegrift. This is her 5th year teaching in the science department and her second year coaching JV girls basketball at Vandegrift. Caroline has coached with the Magic basketball and TWE clubs before starting her coaching career here.

A native of San Antonio, Sara played softball with the University of Texas at Dallas, where they finished in semifinals of the ASC championship in 2016. Sara earned a bachelor’s degree in Business at UT Dallas with two NCAA Academic All ASC Honors and 2nd team all ASC Honors. Sara has been an active member in the NCAA in her time beyond her playing career as a nominated participant of the NCAA Immersion Program in 2016 and attended the NCAA Convention in 2017.
Post-graduation Sara would go on to Intern with the Dallas Charge NPF Softball Team. Volunteer Assistant Coached at UT Dallas & St. Anthony’s High School helping them win State in 2017. Sara collected a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi.
While earning her master’s Sara worked as the Game Day Operations Coordinator for all 11 NCAA Sports teams at Belhaven. During her time in this role, she assisted in hosting several NCAA ASC championship events.
Navarro was named the head softball coach and assistant basketball coach of Discovery Christian High School in Florence Mississippi in 2019. Where she led the softball team in their first appearance of post season play.
Off the field and out of the office, she is a part of a mission’s organization named MOAM where she received the Read and Reflect Sports Professional Scholarship in 2020 and was chosen to be a part the team that would run sports camps in Israel the summer of 2021.
